What are the session times?

• Nursery Hours: Full Day Session 7.30am to 6.00pm.
• Half-Day Session: AM session 7.30am to 1.00pm, PM session 1.00pm to 6.00pm.
• Minimum booking: One full day or 2 half-day sessions.
• A discount of 10% is available where two or more siblings attend Nursery.  Discount will be applied to the eldest child.
• Late fee Penalty £50.00
• Late pick up penalty £6.00 per day

How do I pay?

• Fees are payable monthly in advance.
• Fees will be invoiced one week prior to the due date.
• Additional sessions used during the day period will be invoiced in the following monthly invoice.
• Fees are charged across a 52-week year. Full fees are due whether your child attends Nursery or not and during periods when the Nursery is closed. Fees are reviewed in April each year and are set at a rate that takes account of the five days each year that the nursery is closed and fees are still charged.
• Pre-School Commissioned Education Places are given free at the point of delivery. Fees will be discounted accordingly.
• There is a non-returnable Registration Fee of £30.00. This covers the reservation of a place and any settling sessions.

Schools Out Club

• Fees will be calculated termly on exact sessions and advised by letter the month prior to the new school term starting
• Holiday Club fees will be charged separately and advised by letter prior to the holidays starting
• There is no sibling discount at the Schools Out Club
• The transport charge has now been removed
• Late fee Penalty £50.00
• Late pick up penalty £6.00 per day
